During my recent stay at Simi Hotel in Zermatt, I found the accommodation to be both practical and comfortable. The room, though slightly lacking in mountain views due to surrounding chalets, was clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff facilitated a seamless check-in process and even added a heartfelt touch by arranging a birthday surprise for my son.In terms of amenities, the ski pass vendor at the front desk made it convenient to hit the slopes swiftly. The inclusion of a ski room for easy equipment storage was a bonus. The breakfast offered a decent selection, catering to different tastes.From a financial standpoint, the hotel strikes a reasonable balance between cost and quality. However, the limited mountain views and basic room facilities might not fully justify the price tag for some guests. Simi Hotel provides a satisfactory stay for those seeking practicality and a central location in Zermatt.
